Return Policy

Merchandise can only be returned to the department where the merchandise has been picked up from.

Other Return/Exchange Basic Policy

 Please contact our return department in the KZ warehouse where you picked it up.

  • Most new, unopened merchandise can be returned within 90 days of purchase with a valid sales invoice(with KZ’s red stamp), some exclusions apply. 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. It may take 2-10 business days for the refund to be shown on your account. 

  • We reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee depends on the condition of the merchandise returned. 

  • We may only refund up to 100% of the value of merchandise sold by KZ Kitchen. KZ will not be responsible for any labor incurred, time-delayed, or merchandise bought from other companies. 

  • Special order or final sales items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

  • Eligible return or exchange must in its original condition, items returned damaged, installed, cut, or modified may not be eligible for return. 

  • Items must be returned with all components and accessories for a full refund. 

  • Return with missing or lost receipt will only be accepted if we are able to locate your invoice in our system using customer account name or Invoice number. 

  • Photo ID will be needed to process a refund. 

Cabinet Return Policy

  • Scratched or damaged cabinets due to customer negligence, improper handling or installation are not accepted for return or exchange. It is always customers or their authorized parties’ responsibility to inspect the merchandise before departing our warehouse. 

  • Cabinets with installation marks, screw holes, nail holes are not accepted for return unless it is a result of KZ’s mistake. 

  • Modified cabinets, such as depth modification, roll-out, or other add-on requested by the customer, are not eligible for returned or exchange. 

Stone Countertop Return Policy

  • Color, texture, vein variation may exist in all countertop stones due to their natural characteristic or production limit. Countertop stones return or exchange are only accepted prior to any cutting or fabrication is done to it. 

Tile, Flooring, Mosaic Return policy

  • Tile, flooring, and mosaic are only accepted in their unopened original packaging.
