Merchandise can only be returned to the department where the merchandise has been picked up from.

General Policy

  • Most new and unopened merchandise can be returned within 90 days of purchase with a valid sales invoice (with KZ's red stamp); some exclusions may apply.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment. It may take 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • We reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee depending on the condition of the merchandise returned.

  • We may only refund up to 100% of the merchandise value sold by KZ Kitchen. KZ will not be responsible for any labor incurred, time delayed, or merchandise bought from another company.

  • Special order or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must be returned in its original condition. Items returned damaged, already installed, cut, or modified may not be considered eligible for return.

  • Items must be returned with all associated components and accessories for a full refund.

  • Returns with a missing or lost receipt will only be accepted if we are able to locate your invoice within our system, using customers’ account name or provided invoice number.

  • Photo ID must be presented to process a return.


Cabinet Return Policy

  • Scratched or damaged cabinets due to customer negligence and improper handling or installation will not be accepted for a return or replacement. Customers or their authorized parties are responsible for fully inspecting all merchandise before departing from our warehouses.

  • Cabinets with installation marks, screw holes, or nail holes will not be accepted for a return unless it was a result of KZ's workmanship.

  • Cabinets with modification, such as depth modification or add-ons requested by the customer, may not be eligible for a return or replacement.


Stone Slab Return Policy

  • Color, texture, and vein variation may exist in all stone slabs due to their natural characteristics or production methods. Stone return or exchange will only be accepted prior to any cutting or fabrication.


Flooring, Tile, and Mosaic Return Policy

  • Flooring, tiles, and mosaics will only be accepted in their unopened packaging.
