  • I am interested in remodeling my kitchen/bathroom. What should I do?
    You may start with visiting any of our showrooms or our website to view our products and see what you are interested in. Our designers on site in our showrooms are available to provide help and advice if you have any questions. We recommend that you bring measurements of your place with you when you consult a designer.
  • Do I need an appointment to meet with a sales representative?
    No, you do not need to make an appointment. Please feel free to walk into any of our stores to speak with any available sales representatives. Please bring the measurements of your remodeling project with you. For kitchen measurement instructions, please visit here.
  • Can you customize products (countertops, kitchen islands, etc.) for me?
    Customization varies in many aspects, we will have to direct you to our sales representative for customization inquiries.
  • What is the lead time for cabinets to be ready for pick-up?
    If the cabinets are in stock, it may take up to 5 to 10 business days for the cabinets to be assembled and ready for pick up. For American cabinets, it normally takes 5-7 business days; for European cabinets, it usually takes 7-10 business days.
  • Do cabinet purchases come with installation?
    Installation is offered at an additional cost.
  • Do you offer shipping?
    Currently, we only offer shipping for cabinets and flooring within the San Francisco Bay Area at an additional charge. The cost is based on weight and distance traveled.
