Pick Up Order at Warehouse

Please bring your sales order to the warehouse's pickup counter, where our warehouse staff will help you finish your order pickup.

If you need to pick up the heavy products (cabinets, stone, flooring, tiles etc.), please back up your vehicle into the warehouse for the warehouseman to load products into your vehicle.
Important Notice for Stone Pickup

Vehicle Suitability: Our warehouse staff will advise whether your vehicle is suitable for stone loading.

No Liability: We are not responsible for any damage to the product or vehicle caused by forced loading into an undersized or unsuitable vehicle at the customer’s request.

Safety Enforcement: For safety reasons, our warehouse team reserves the right to refuse loading stone materials into vehicles deemed unfit.
