Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily posting of cash receipts to open accounts receivable

• Identify payment discrepancies, performing detailed payment research and dispute resolution

• Prepare deposits for the bank, totaling and recording the deposit amounts, filling out electronic deposit slips, and making deposits via electronic in-house processor

• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted

• Submit daily invoices and monthly statements to a third party mailing service to ensure timely billing

• Provides financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring the company receives payments for goods and services

• Records the transactions by posting receipts and resolving discrepancies according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner

• Assist with annual audits and other member accounting procedures as needed

Experience and Qualifications

• Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records

• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally with internal and external teams

• Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision

• Delivers a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality

• Collaborative team player, able to meet deadlines and adapt to changing business needs with the ability to work independently to drive results

• Must have the ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as in a team environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs

• Bilingual in Chinese is a plus
