Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design high-end graphics for a range of clients; includes presentations, web layouts, handouts, online ads, brand identity, vector art, and more

• Work with the creative team on maintaining and developing best practices for design, branding, file management, and other processes

• Create and maintain project documentation including task tracking and reporting

• Collaborate with product and service managers/owners to define requirements and translate them to design

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final delivery

• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV, etc.)

Experience and Qualifications:

• Ability to create visual concepts (e.g., illustrations, technical drawings, and animations), by hand or using computer software

• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, UX / UI and Illustrator to take and curate photos, graphics and/or videos for print and electronic media, such as brochures, and web

• Experience in photography and video is a plus, as is prior experience supporting technology clients, products, and services

• Experienced in the use of PowerPoint for animation and visual displays;

• Comfortable working with colleagues or graphics design lead to determine the scope of a project.

• Comfortable dealing with a fast pace, some ambiguity, and managing multiple deliverables and conflicting priorities across multiple projects
