We are looking for an Office Clerk for Inventory (Warehouse Operation).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain necessary documentation and filing

  • Review and monitors daily reports including Inventory Levels, Receiving Reports, and Cycle Counts

  • Assist with Accounts Payable / Cost Accounting

  • Work closely with the inventory team in the main warehouse and other departments

  • Oversee the process of logistics and inventory transfer between branch stores

  • Notify management of any issues regarding shortages or issues of product integrity

  • Other duties will be assigned as the need arises

Experience and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and facilitate

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills

  • Able to manage large quantities of data

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word)

  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Preferred)

  • Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
