Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing human resources plans, policies, procedures, and goals. Recommends improvements as appropriate

• Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records

• Follow up  with potential candidates regarding document submission and field/direct any HR-related questions

• Provide administrative support for the team in relation to documenting internal processes

• Compile and maintain paper, digital and electronic employee records, schedules, and all leave of absences

• Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department

Experience and Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy

• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills to resolve employee questions and issues in regards to company policies and plans

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experienced with MS Office, Google Suite, and related softwares

• Bilingual (English/Chinese) preferred
